Eat – Healthy Foods & Recipes
The easiest way to improve your diet is to add in leafy greens in the form of big salads, smoothies and freshly pressed juices. Pick real foods and a colorful variety of different vegetables and fruits instead of processed food-like substances. Choose organic and local whenever possible and eat mindfully without hurry.
