Soul Searching and Self-Love Sundays - Introduction

Because creativity and being inspired plays a huge role in my life I have thought about different ways to combine it with wellness here in Glowing Balance.

When it comes to the foods that we eat, they provide building material for our bodies and through thus also create our emotions and feelings. Unfortunately for many people, their thoughts of not being good and talented enough makes them undervalue their artistic talents, and can prevent them from pursuing what their soul really wants.

I have always loved reading artist’s biographies and finding out what obstacles they have gone through. So often we see only the polished side. When we go to concerts or galleries, we don’t always think how much hard work and sacrifices is behind everything.

In order to inspire all of you to pursue your unique talents, I’m excited to introduce Soul Searching and Self-Love Sundays as a weekly feature! I’m going to interview creative people for whom well-being and self-love plays a part in their everyday life. You will get a glimpse of how they have overcome their self-defeating thoughts, what their non-negotiable self-care things are and how do they tap into their creative flow.

The first interview is coming out next Sunday, 3rd of June!
